In order to sucking and transferring wet&dry materials. Two different versions are available; Industrial and Municipal. In case of Industrial Version it is possible to suck either dry or wet materials.

Municipal version is just for wet materials.Suction hose diameters can be either DN200 or DN150 according to request.

TANK

Tank volume can be 8000 – 12000 liters. Container body is from abrasion resistant steel sheets and it has been reinforced from outside. Rear door can be either fully opening type or half opening type according to the request.

Rear door is opening and locking by hydraulic cylinders. Suction of the material can be from rear and also from top mounted suction boom (optional). Tank body can be dumped 50º.

FILTRATION

Five step filtration can protect the vacuum pump well.

1. Collector body is also the first step filter with deflector plate or chain filter.

2. Primary shut-off valve with stainless steel floating ball.

3. Twin-cyclone is for collecting wet material on the air.

4. Bag-house filter group with jet-pulse system is for dry materials.

5. For final protection microstrainer is available.

VACUUM PUMP

Our vacuum loaders are equipped PD-Blowers with 6500-9000 m³/hour free flow capacity and 50% - 90% vacuum capacity

PNEUMATIC UNLOADING SYSTEM (Only for Industrial Vacuum Loaders)

(Optional) It is very easy to transfer the materials inside of the tank to any other elevated containers.
