Fresh water compartment; There is a manhole cover at the top of the tank and full length acrylic tube at the side as level indicator. There are also, filling and discharging valves.

Sludge water compartment; Tank is in cylindrical shape. Rear door is fully opening type in vertical direction and assisted by hydraulic cylinders. Rear door clamps are manual in standard and as an optional hydraulically assisted versions are available. There are primary and secondary shut off systems, and suction air filter (micro-strainer) for vacuum pump protections. Level indicators are located on rear door and side of the tank. Suction and discharge valves are on the rear door. Either telescopic or fixed length hydraulically assisted suction boom are available as option. Discharge of sludge in the vacuum tank can be done by dumping the tank in 50º.

Suction hoses and other accessories can be stored in hose trays located on both side of the tank.

HIGH PRESSURE WATER JETTING PUMP

Capacities of the high pressure water jetting pumps are; 100-200 bar, 150-400 lt/min. Before selecting the capacity of the pump it is necessary to take into consideration diameter and type of sludge inside of the canals. Pumps protected with suction filters and pressure regulators.

 VACUUM PUMP

Vacuum pumps are either air or water cooled rotary vane pumps according to the request. Also PD-blower vacuum pumps versions are available in our productions. According to the type and deep of the sludge, their capacities are 10000 lt/min – 110000 lt/min. Their vacuum capacity is 90% max. and 80% continuous. Pressure/vacuum positions can be created by 4-way valve. Absolute pressure is about 2.0 bar.

 CANAL HOSE REEL

Canal hoses are from SBR rubber with textile reinforcement. The lengths are 80-180 mt on standard applications. Hose reel can be either fixed or swiveling type (180º) and also have either manual or automatic hose guide system.

According to the request a secondary hose reel with ½” dia and 60 meters length canal hose also available. 

SUCTION HOSE SYSTEM

Sludge and particles are sucked to vacuum tank through top mounted suction hose system. Types of top mounted suction hose systems are;

• suction hose boom with 270 degree rotation and with either telescopic or fixed length.

• top mounted suction hose cassette for 15-20 meter hose (as one part) with either telescopic or fixed length  hose direction boom which can rotate 100 degree.

• top mounted suction hose drum for 15-30 meters hose (as one part) with hose direction boom which is mounted either on hose drum or separate.

WATER RECYCLING SYSTEM

Optionally Combined Sewer Flushing And Suction Vehicles can be manufactured with Continuous Water Recycling Systems. Water recycling system provides to use both vacuum and water jetting systems of Combined use at the same time without any need for additional water supply for water jetting unit if there is suitable conditions.
