CESSPOOL EMPTYING VEHICLES

Just for emptying cesspools and cesspits.

TANK

Capacities are 3000 – 12000 lt. Tank is in cylindrical shape and made from DIN EN10025-S235 or higher quality steel according to the request. Also stainless steel (ASTM304 – ASTM316) versions are available. Rear door is top hinged, fully opening type by hydraulic cylinder and fixed to the tank by manual locking wheels.

There two shut off-valves with stainless steel floating balls  protect vacuum pump from sludge (primary; at the top of the tank and secondary; between primary shut-off and vacuum pump).

Level indicator glasses at the rear door. Suction and discharge valves are at the rear door.

 
 

VACUUM PUMP

Cesspool emptier is equipped with air cooled rotary vane vacuum pumps. According to the tank volume, capacities are 7200 lt/min – 14200 lt/min.

Their vacuum capacity is 90% max. and 80% continuous. Pressure/vacuum positions can be created by 4-way valve. Absolute pressure is about 1.5 bars – 2.0 bars.
